3. Order Processing & Turnaround Time
Orders are processed upon receipt of all required materials including impressions, scans, and prescriptions. Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Expedited services may be available upon request.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with our invoicing terms. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
6. Warranty & Returns
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Warranty periods vary by product type. Defects in materials or workmanship will be corrected at no charge. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper clinical procedures are not covered.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charismatic Dental Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
